I have not ordered from them personally but the price is great. $219. with FREE shipping. The Solostar is usually around $265. or even $299.
Sometimes you can find a used Champion Juicer on Craig's List and they work similarly to make frozen fruit ice cream. They do not juice wheat grass well like the Solostar but if you just want to make ice cream they are great. Just make sure it comes with the "blank screen" which you need to make frozen fruit ice cream.
http://www.harvestessential...

Re: 30 Days Raw – Making Frozen Fruit “Ice Cream” with Princess Emily

Saweet!!!!!!!! It is very doable!!! That is one of the main reasons I have been sharing these videos. It is February in Michigan (not the easiest time for fresh raw produce) and we are in a very busy time right now so we are keeping it sooooo simple. That is exactly what I am hoping people will see - how to do it and keep it simple!!

You can use other nuts for the coconut cream, however, cashews and pine nuts work the best for creating a creaming texture. Other nuts tend to give a more course texture. And yes you can absolutely use coconut milk in place of the coconut water.
http://todaysabundantliving...

Re: 30 Days Raw – Super Bowl Sunday

I truly do love these short vids....somehow you make it look very doable. On the coconut cream recipe, can you swap out walnuts for almonds? And can you just use regular coconut milk?

Re: 30 Days Raw – Super Bowl Sunday

How cool was that short vid. For this you don't even need your feet to come off the mat. For a cardio workout (which also gets the lymphatic going) I like to go at least 20 minutes with an elevated heart rate in the proper range for you. I generally do 30 - 45 minutes depending on who I am listening to . News Boys seems to generate a longer workout for me. They just get me movin' :)

If you are not sure what you proper conditioning level heart rate is take a look at this short article: http://todaysabundantliving...

Re: Day #4 – Those Precious Morning Hours

I have one. It is an excellent form of exercise. It is one of the best for strengthening your bones and it really helps move the lymphatic fluid in your body which is great for supporting a strong immune system. Plus you can get a great cardio workout. I always put on some music and get my praise on :)

I often find them at resale shops and pick them up.

Here is a nice one from Amazon: http://amzn.to/1K2dUXc

Re: Day #4 – Those Precious Morning Hours

What is a rebounder? Can't wait to try them! I too am off to a good start for the new year. Trying to add a little more raw each day ( deliberate). Also trying to not eat after 6 o clock and walking every day no mTter what the weather conditions. I had a band rehearsal last night and was revved up afterwards and ate about 30 pistachios. Uhhhg! Not beating myself up over it and that in itself is good progress for me....speaking words that edify and not tear down! God is soooooo good.... We have a good, good Father! We can do all things, friends, through Christ who gives us strength! I will press on!
